Robbin Middle was beautifully renovated in 2006 and offers a spacious open plan feel to the downstairs. It is the middle of our three cottages – its name comes from one of the local fields.

You enter into the spacious kitchen/dining room (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer). At the rear of the cottage is the bright sitting room. There are comfortable sofas and a television with freesat and DVD. Also free wifi.  The room enjoys views over our grounds and up Hebden gill. French doors lead onto your small terrace. The two bedrooms are upstairs: a spacious double room (space for cot) with wardrobe and two chests of drawers and a small second bedroom (perhaps best suited for two children) with two single beds. There is a wc and basin upstairs and the main bathroom with shower over bath, wc and basin is downstairs. A well thought out and spacious cottage.

NB: From January 2012 onwards the twin room will have bunk beds, chest of drawers and space for a cot.

Small private terrace with access to two acres of grounds. Cot, highchair and stairgate provided. Oil fired central heating and constant hot water. All bed linen provided but please bring your own towels. Non smokers only. No pets during school summer holidays, at other times one well behaved pet downstairs only – see booking conditions. Friday arrival day, after 3pm.
